NO PERSONAL FIREARM ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE UNLESS IT’S PART OF A SALE OR TRANSFER. ABSOLUTELY 100% NO LOADED WEAPONS ALLOWED ON THE PREMESIS.

PLEASE REMOVE MAGAZINE AND CLEAR CHAMBER BEFORE BRINGING IN ANY WEAPON. 

We reserve the right to the following:

• Withdraw and cancel services for any reason
• Change, add or remove procedures without notice
• Report suspicious activity or inconsistent information being provided
• Retain all information provided for transaction for the life of our business (law)
• Disable user accounts for malicious intent or no action with our business
• Refuse business without an appointment
• All background checks are valid for 30 days 
• A background check time frame is for the firearm listed during the application 
• Any weapon sold or transferred is as is. No verification or testing Is implied. It’s the owners responsibility to have a qualified operator or gunsmith to verify safe and proper operation
• We use cameras inside and outside as well as an outside monitoring service, be advised you are being recorded for your protection and ours
• We will call the police for trespassing without an appointment or arrangement for visit.
