Multiple handgun sales - (not handgun / rifle) sales require additional paperwork to be logged and sent to the ATF and the ISP. This will add a $10 service charge for that process. Firearms that require a 28 days or longer storage time due to juristictional waiting period may incur a fee of $20 per firearm. This will be based on the municipality of the city that you live in. It does not apply for the actual process of receiving and doing the background check. However, once received and you are notified we expect a timely response to arrange the background paperwork. I am certainly willing to work with you and timing conflicts. But we are not storing firearms for the purpose of extending the time of doing the background check or lack of communication in trying to setup a day and time. Storage fees after 21 days will be incurred if arrangements aren’t being made or attempted. It’s your responsibility to know the limitations of your village, city or county on the allowable number of handguns acquired within a specific time frame. THIS APPLIES via all FFL’s and you are legally responsible even if someone doesn’t know or follow the rules of your locality and transfers you multiple weapons within that period. If you’re not sure, just ask before u make a purchase.
